You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use site content in a way that infringes our rights or those of others.

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, imagery and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect colour appearance, and stock can change before an order is confirmed. We may correct errors or decline an order where information, pricing or availability is incorrect.

Submitting checkout creates an order request and prepares a WhatsApp message; it does not by itself form a final sale. A sale is confirmed only after our team agrees the products, total, delivery details and payment arrangement with you.

Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan rupees. Delivery fees and discounts shown at checkout form part of the order request. Payment instructions are provided during confirmation; never send sensitive card credentials through WhatsApp.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Luméra Luxe is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use or temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms may change as the service and future payment features develop.
